*Personal checks will be held 14 days to clear before shipping. We require a $35 fee for any check returned to us from the bank for insufficient funds.
Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Money orders and cashiers checks and personal checks due within 1 week of purchase. Unpaid for items will be returned to stock after this time. Ohio residents must add 6.75% sales tax (or provide us with a current Ohio vendors license number held in your name).
Non U.S. Buyers:
We accept Paypal (REGISTERED Paypal accounts only) for purchases under $200. For all purchases over $200 we require either Western Union or *Bank Wire Transfer. Any fees are the buyers responsibility.
*Information for Bank Wire Transfer: please contact and we will supply on request with an active purchase order. There is an automatic $20 fee applied to all bank wire transfers
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return. We do not charge any restocking fees. We would greatly appreciate that you are sure that this is something you would truly like to order. We recommend tracing out the listed dimensions on paper to see if they suit your tastes. If you have any questions about the item, please ask before ordering. Refunds are issued less shipping costs, no exceptions.

In case of items damaged or lost during in shipment, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the parcel, and we will provide you with information regarding filing a claim with USPS. Do not return items damaged in shipping before contacting us, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Be sure to keep all the original packaging, as well as all pieces of the damaged item. USPS will ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.
We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Domestic U.S. shipping rates are listed in each of our descriptions. We always combine shipping on multiples purchases, so please do not submit payment until you receive an order confirmation from us.
International orders may be shipped Global Priority, Global Express Mail, Global Express Guaranteed, or Air Parcel Post. Rates and customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact us for information before placing a purchase order.
