1. Ordering

2. Payment

Personal checks will be held 14 days to clear before shipping. We require a $30 fee for any check returned to us from the bank for insufficient funds.

Payment is due within 7 days of the date of purchase. Ohio residents must add 6.75% sales tax (or provide us with a current Ohio vendor’s license number held in your name).

3. Guarantee

We will accept returns from U.S. buyers only. All international sales are final, no returns accepted.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping costs and a restocking fee of 5%. The following conditions apply:

1) The item must be mailed to us within 3 days of notification.
2) The item must be returned via USPS in its original packaging, insured for the full purchase price with delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3) The item must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, with any tags or identifying marks intact.

In case of items damaged or lost during shipment, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the parcel, and we will provide you with information regarding filing a claim with USPS. Do not return damaged items before contacting us, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Be sure to keep all the original packaging, as well as all pieces of the damaged item. USPS will ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.

USPS requires a waiting period of 30 days from the date of mailing before filing a claim for lost items. If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable period of time after receiving our notice of shipment, please email us to report the problem. USPS may ask to review email correspondence between the buyer and seller to confirm details and verify the loss.

6. Shipping

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Domestic U.S. shipping rates are listed in each of our descriptions. We always combine shipping on multiples purchases, so please do not submit payment until you receive an order confirmation from us.

International orders may be shipped Global Priority, Global Express Mail, Global Express Guaranteed, or Air Parcel Post. Rates and customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact us for information before placing a purchase order.

Automatic Shipping Calculation (fees if any) are based on the highest shipping fee and whether an item is marked 'Per Unit' or 'Per Order'
  • A global premium is set for mult-item purchases. Currently • $1.00 per line-item.
  • Additional items added, are only charged the global premium.

Over/Under charging on multi-item and multi QTY orders is eliminated!
